Dynamic content and linked words

There are two page types on the web static and dynamic. The main difference in between them is the permissions to make changes over the content. In static pages it is the web master that can only make hyper links, it does also require FTP access to the server to upload the changed page, etc. In the case with the dynamic pages there are also two situations 1) blog and forum types of web pages can be updated by the user who had created the content without involving the web master while in 2) closed type of dynamic pages only the web master can link at all.

Our believe is that as long as the content is concerned on the web, it can be contextually linked regardless the type, structure and technology used in a page.
