LinkedWords.com™ is a unique and innovative concept built upon a massive web 2.0 contextual platform. With 38 Million English words, phrases and whole sentences built-in, which web sites use to get contextually linked with, it aims to maximize the contextual linking on web.

Currently the platform is rapidly growing (more than 1,200,000 unique visitors per month) and reshaping the way web sites do links on web by shifting the focus from off-text links (links outside the content / simple links) to in-text links (links in the context / contextual links). By linking strategic words in the text, web sites connect in a contextual way to LinkedWords.com's platform and to other sites with the same content (visitors coming from content contextually relevant to your content are highly likely to be targeted), which results in dramatically increased web visibility and precisely targeted visitors for the sites involved. Our ambitious vision for the future is to start helping the common web users find information in the context of the subject they are reading by clicking on the same contextually... linked words.

We launched in July 2006 and since then the site had tremendous growth and presently (Apr 14, 2008) it stands at:

  • More than 38 Million static web pages organized in a unique contextual platform;
  • More than 5 Million+ page views per month; 2.5 Million page views ads are served on;
  • 1.5 Million+ visits/month;
  • 400,000 unique visitors mark is surpassed for first time in April 2007;
  • For the past 30 days Mar 09, 2008 – Apr 10, 2008 the traffic was more than 1,210,000; Google and Quantcast measured traffic reports available;
  • For the entire 2007 LW ended up with more than 4,500,000 unique visitors to its contextual platform;
  • For the last 12 months from Apr 2007 to Apr 2008 LW ended up with more than 7,700,000 unique visitors to its contextual platform;
  • Both Google Analytics (viewed upon request only) and Quantcast measured traffic report for over 1,200,000 unique visitors per month;
  • 700,000 back links according to Yahoo! (was 400,000 - 470,000); 346,000 external links according Google and more than 273,000 internal links according Google Webmasters Tools (viewed upon request only) /Jan'08/;
  • 47,564 is the highest number of daily unique visitors ever happened so far, which occurred on April 07, 2008;
  • More than 86,000 contextual links done around the web (in-text linked words) through LinkedWords.com's contextual platform;
  • More than 55,000 new English words and phrases (pages) added in 12 months, in addition to the 38M already existing;
  • More than 6000 new categories and sub-categories organized on demand so far in addition to the 100,000+ already existing within the structure;
  • Indexation level at Google varies from 1,000,000 to 2,500,000 pages (also varies when accessed from different parts of the world); 20,000,000 indexed at Yahoo; 30,000,000 indexed at Ask.com;
  • Presently Google contains information about more than 4,000,000 pages from LinkedWords within its data centers.
  • Alexa Ranking in the range of 10,000/20,000, the highest so far was 4,888; Quantcast rank is in the 5000 range for the American traffic only;
  • The company is based in Silicon Valley and has its own well-established back-end IT firm in the EU.
