I know, because I personally experienced the excellent teaching provided by these people. Some folks might not think that the quality of instruction matters, but I know that Le Cordon Bleu Program understand what I understand. That is, the higher quality the instruction, the higher quality the student. These schools are putting out the best students because, simply put, they get the best professors. When I think about some of the award-winning chefs I learned under, I am thankful that I chose one of the fine programs in PA. Had I gone another direction, I would have had to learn under good instructors, but not the type that I ultimately learned from in Pittsburgh.
